From central San Jose, take CA-87 S to the exit for I-280 toward US-101/I-680/San Francisco. Stay right to merge onto I-280 N toward San Francisco, then take the exit for I-880N toward Oakland in 2.7 miles. Keep to the right and follow signs for Stevens Creek Blvd. to merge onto Stevens Creek Blvd., then turn left onto S Monroe St. Take your first right onto Hemlock Ave.; we will be on your right in 0.1 miles, just after S Clover Ave.

From Mountain View, take CA-85 S to the exit for I-280 S toward San Jose. In 6.4 miles, exit toward Winchester Blvd. and turn left onto Moorpark Ave. at the end of the exit. Turn left at your first opportunity onto S Winchester Blvd., then take your first right onto Tisch Way. In 0.4 miles, turn left onto S Monroe St., then turn left onto Hemlock Ave. to find us on your right in 0.1 miles.

The city of San Jose began as El Pueblo de San José de Guadalupe, founded in 1777. Under Spanish rule, the city’s farms provided food and other goods to Monterey and San Francisco. In 1821, the area fell under Mexican rule, later becoming part of the United States in 1846.
